With the house ready, we enjoyed a Christmas Eve dinner (homemade pizza!) by candle light. The kids loved it; the parents were exhausted by the end.
After the kids were in bed, the two of us enjoyed a quiet evening of hors d'oeuvres and drinks by the light of the Christmas tree and a dozen or so candles...aaah, the Holidays.
