House sold? Check!

Well, almost....We have just concluded the back and forth negotiations on an offer made on our house! We are very happy, indeed, to have it snap into place so quickly; it is a very 'clean' and simple offer: no house inspection, cash offer (so no waiting on banks and mortgages), and the price is really quite good.  We feel blessed.

The documents are all sorted and we have hand money from the buyer. We asked for a July 8 closing date, in case packing and stuff here hit some delays...but our goal is to close by the end of June.
