Super Snow = No School

So, that super snow and cold gave us a few extra days of Christmas vacation. I was super sick on that Monday and really just wanted to sit on the couch, but when the kids started playing with Christmas decorations and taking ornaments off of the tree to "see what a glass ornament feels like compared to this plastic one", I decided it was craft time. The kids made clay animals, Lego creations, puppets, and Xavier made the Diesel Locomotive Hunt game, which was very creative and involved mini-figures, a helicopter, a toy car, a missile, and, of course, a Lego diesel locomotive. I did not win, Xavier did (if you are wondering).
